New aluminium joinery manufacturing line In manufacturing aluminium joinery, Okna Rąbień uses MB-45, MB-59S and MB-59 SE profiles. MB-45 is an advanced aluminium system, used for thermal insulation of internal and external elements, such as: various types of partition walls, windows, doors, including manual and automatic sliding doors, swing doors, vestibules, shop windows, cash register boxes, display cases, spatial constructions. Construction depth of window sections is: 45 mm (frame), 54 mm (sash), door sections respectively: 45 mm and 45 mm. Such section depths of sash and frame give the impression of one plane from the outside (in windows), and the impression of faced sashes and frame (in doors). Profile's shape allows for slim and durable window and door constructions. A huge advantage of MB-45 system is its ability to bend the profiles for frames, sashes and lacing, allowing for various types of arches and arched constructions. The system further allows for glass units of 2 mm to 35 mm in thickness in sashes and 2 mm to 26 mm in fixed windows and door sashes. MB-59S system is meant for demanding thermal and sound insulation of external elements, such as: various types of windows, doors, vestibules, shop windows, etc. Construction depth of window sections is: 50 mm for the frames and 59 mm for the sashes. The outer surfaces of these sections are even. Construction depth of door sections is 50 mm for both frames and sashes. This allows for the effect of faced sashes and frames both on the inside and on the outside. Almost all window and door sections are 3-chamber, with the central chamber working as an insulation between thermal separators. This solution allowed for creating slim, economical and rigid profiles. The system of joining by means of a thermal separator provides a possibility of creating bi-colour profiles - different on the inside and on the outside of the elevation. MB-59S uses “omega-shaped” moulded thermal separator made of polyamide reinforced with glass fibre. This shape guarantees very efficient thermal insulation and proper dehydration of internal chambers. Profiles in MB-59S system fulfil all technical requirements for 2.1 materials according to DIN 4108. Filling used in them can be 4 mm to 40 mm thick in window sashes, and 4 mm to 31 mm in door sashes, shop windows and fixed windows. The ability to bend profiles to create all kinds of arches and arched construction is also a big advantage. |
